HAPPY 5TH
YEAR ANNIVERSARY TO MOON SISTERS!!!
Five years ago today, Moon Sisters first began, with only a meager ammount of
content. Today, it's blown up with videos, downloads and so much more.
Bijutsukan Kokoro has been updated with brand new art, and even it's first
expansion page for a lucky follower.
The Gaia sprite gallery has been updated with tons of new sprites, and both the
Age Tracker and Quirkalicious have been updated with updated information.
Speaking of updated info, Mystery Moon FAQ has recieved a long overdue makeover,
along with even more of your hot Sailormoon questions!
Moon Sisters Mobile has spectacular new Cell Phone papers, including new artwork
from Italy's Sailormoon revival! The Goodies page also has tons of new Twitter
icons, just waiting for you!
The Gallery has been updated with plenty of new images, and the Moon Sisters
Theatre has more RARE videos, along with some StarS content, suitable for your
next AMV.
Thank you so much for five, amazing years. Here's to many more. Now go see the

Merry Christmas everyone! It took me 16 hours to get everything just right for
today. ^_^ First thing's first, I want to issue a thank you Natz, for her
winning entry in the Moon Sisters Art Contest. See her picture of Sailor
Parallel Moon and Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon in the video below:
Today I added fully restored Sailormoon ads and articles from around the world
to the Crystal Moon Library, along with a brand new storytime series of games!
Make your own story with ease. Quirkalicious has been updated with new findings,
Goodies now has even more Chat/Bebo/Twitter icons, Moon Sisters Mobile's been
updated with new wallpapers for your cell phone, Gaia luv has been updated with
TOO MANY avi pics of mine, Bijutsukan Kokoro has been
upgraded yet again with even more art than before, and several wings of the main
Gallery have been updated as well ~ look for links with a different color on top
than the links below them. Links has had a new site added and the Sailormoon Age
Tracker has been upgraded with an even BETTER age calculator! PHEW! Finally, the
main site has had a few upgrades as well. Please go see!

I have decided to extend the deadline of the Moon Sisters contest to November
10th, However, you may enjoy the NEW layout of Bijutsukan Kokoro
right now.
There is still plenty of time to enter the contest. All art will be featured on
Bijutsukan Kokoro, along with links to said artists, HOWEVER winning art will

Today is Setsuna’s birthday. There’s no telling how old she would be, as she
was over 1000 years old by the time she debuted in Sailormoon.
The death of Yahoo Geocities spelled the end of around 45 websites from the
links page. Not to fear though, as many NEW sites have taken those old spots.
There are even two new links in Kousagi’s section. The Wall of Shame has also
received a slight touch up, as one new idiot goes to the Black List, while one
reformed site goes into the White List.
Currently, I am looking for more Kousagi and Chibi Chibi content. I’m also
looking for new Chibiusa sites, to replace the ones that Yahoo killed. New
links are always appreciated!
Please also send in more art for Bijutsukan Kokoro, as the fan art site will
soon be getting a facelift! Parallel Senshi art and Chibi Chibi art wanted!!

Plenty of changes today! Added downloadable classic Sailormoon games to the
Goodies page, along with NEW Twitter icons, added some new videos to the Moon
Sisters Theatre, including commercial reels, ads, the DiC promo tape and the
Saban/Toonmakers debacle in MPEG format, opened up a new wing to the Gallery
entitled “Sailormoon Re-Imagined” filled with updated pictures, and added NEW
Cell Phone Wallpapers to Moon Sisters Mobile, including TWO new categories ~
one of which is for those of you with horizontal phones as well as vertical! Go

On November 04th 2008, the very first mixed race President of
the United States of America was elected, just as I was about to update Moon
Sisters. Illinois Democrat Senator Barack Obama has just won the Oval Office!!
As I type this, history has been made. A day that I long thought was only a dream
is now a reality, thanks to 338 Electoral Votes. A day that my family fought
for is now here. My Great Grandpa must be smiling from Heaven, for he was one
of those who marched with Martin Luther King J.R. back during the days of the
Civil Rights movement. Peace on Earth, goodwill towards men, harmony, these are
the words that describe what this administration will bring us. That’s why I
scanned the above shot from the manga.

traditional pen/ink/marker artists ATTENTION!!!
After years of
begging and pleading, I will finally debut a new fanart section. BUT before you
apply, I do have a short list of rules, should you intend to send me anything:
1. NO HENTAI/PORN period. Also, no artwork of
ANY Sailormoon character in lewd situations.
2. ALL art must feature Chibiusa, Kousagi,
Chibi Chibi and/or the Parallel Senshi up front.
3. If I see ANY art that looks like something
already on Moon Sisters (Like a re-coloring of something I did) it will be
rejected. No questions asked.
4. PhotoShop IS allowed! Hand drawn art should
be definable. No Picasso copycats.
5. NO tracing, unless it’s Parallel Sailormoon
art.
6. Markers, pens, pencils, paint, airbrush,
crayons and rubber stamping ARE allowed! But please scan your art, unless it’s
a sculpture or doll. ONLY use cameras for 3D art, NOT drawings. SCAN drawings
please.
7. NO Cosplay pics, unless you have special
permission from me first.
8. PLEASE include your name/pen name with your
work. If you don’t, then I’m using whatever address name came up when I opened
your e-mail.
9. When sending me your art, PLEASE put
“Tsukino Fanart” in the subject bar, so I know what you’re sending.
Okay, all easy
right? Just e-mail me your work, and I’ll let you know if and when it will
appear. In the meantime, please re-read the message I left on the October 04
post by scrolling down. Thank you.
Attention Ladies
and Gentlemen, Sailormoon and Gaia fans alike, I have a dark announcement.
Since February
18, 2005, Moon Sisters has been entertaining and educating you, the faithful
Sailormoon fans via AOL Hometown and Google pages.
No more.
Due to financial
cutbacks, Time Warner is downsizing AOL. AOL Hometown will be the first
casualty.
On Halloween
2008, AOL Hometown will be closing down forever, forcing I, Codename Sailor
Earth, to find a new home for Moon Sisters.
Furthermore,
Google will be moving my content around by the end of the year. I have NO
timeframe for that.
The good news is
that Moon Sisters will NOT be shutting down. I am in the process of getting a
new domain set up. Within a few weeks, Moon Sisters will be back up and running
with a new address. I am also getting new content ready as well.
The bad news is
that until then, AOL has chosen to put up annoying banners all over Moon Sisters,
and that those of you on Gaia whom are linking to my pictures will soon have to
move them. I would like to point out my sincere displeasure in Time Warner for
this decision, as for three years I prided my site on being pop-up free. Rest
assured when Moon Sisters moves, the pop-ups will STOP.
In the meantime,
I have updated links with several new links, and I finally fixed the spelling
issue on said site. By the time Moon Sisters moves, even more mistakes will
have been corrected.
And now, I’d like
a word with Time Warner.
From the time I
was 4 years old, my family has been with AOL. When I was nine years old, I put
up my first website through you, and when I was 10, my second. You provided me
with NO protection whatsoever, and I was hacked. It took me until I was 14
before I finally got you to separate me from my father.
But still, I had
faith in AOL, and I continued my patronage.
Time Warner
continued to abuse their employees and their customers. The once mighty
monopoly owned WCW, a quaint wrestling company that provided me with wonder and
excitement Monday nights at 7:00 pm, Tuesdays at 8, and in the wee hours of the
morning on Saturday and Sunday, just before dawn. Everyone I knew faithfully
watched on as Jeff Jarrett wielded his guitar against his foes, Rey Mysterio
Jr. would fly from the top rope, and Diamond Dallas Page would dazzle the
crowd. In the opening months of 2001, a lone traveler named A.J. Styles signed
on with Time Warner’s WCW, eager to begin his wrestling career. On March 26,
2001, AJ, Rey, Jeff, Page and countless others were shown the door, as Time
Warner sold WCW to WWF (now WWE) because they didn’t want their conservative,
white bread, pasty faced image associated with the likes of minorities and
wrestlers. Several men and women, most of whom had small children to feed were
sent their walking papers, and no last check, their back pay instead going
towards the funding for Time Warner’s Road Runner project.
The Road Runner
internet provider soon swallowed whole several other internet providers, like
so much a game of Hungry Hungry Hypocrisy. Time Warner insisted that this would
lead to better service and employment, and for nine months, Time Warner
provided my mother with a steady job. But earlier this year, Time Warner
decided that money meant more to them than customer service, and soon my
mother’s job was outsourced to the Philippines, resulting in a dwindling
consumer base and over 400,000 people in my home state alone, unemployed. No
severance package!
But still, I was
unwavering in my trust of AOL.
When I was 18, I
created Moon Sisters, and relied upon AOL. AOL offered me a safe haven for my
website, and a competent e-mail structure, with the offer of tech support 24
hours a day, and a “permanent” home for my files. A message with a gleeful
Caucasian male between the ages of 37-42 would often greet me as I went to
upload new content to Moon Sisters, with the caption “Back up your files with
AOL’s FTP! Link old FTP here!” The latter being a blatant lie, as no such
service was ever available to me, but still I had faith in AOL, so much so that
I would put up with the slow loading time, the incompetent Help line, and the
fact that 90% of my calls were transferred to a technician who spoke NO
English, since the AOL MOD would always assume that by the records they had of
my family, that I must have been from South America. I would like to point out
that I have NO blood family from anywhere south of Alabama, so I find this
completely racist. But like I said. I put up with it.
But as time progressed,
and more and more people switched from dial-up to broadband, you Time Warner,
dwindled down your support. Soon, the 500mb I was promised was reduced to 300,
then 200, and finally 98mb. What in the name of all things decent gave you that
right? 98mb???
Then, I started
noticing that a lot of my pictures would periodically go missing, and concerned
fans e-mailed me. Each time I tried to re-upload a picture or file; you would
delete something else, until finally I had to move part of Moon Sisters onto Google.
But still, I had faith.
And how do you
repay my years of faith and gratitude? How do you thank a loyal customer? By
shutting down the very thing I admired most about you, AOL HOMETOWN.
Worse yet, you
betrayed my trust by going back on your “anti-ad” word, by putting up the very

Updated the
Gallery with a TON of new pics. I even added one that I had requests for since
the site opened! I also updated the Sailormoon age tracker. Plus I updated the
F.A.Q. with some strange topics about Moonlight Knight, Sailor Neptune and some
things you just might not expect. Plus the F.A.Q. has a new background, so it’s
much easier to read. Plus if you haven’t seen ‘em yet, I have been adding more

I updated the
Gallery again, this time with TONS of Queen Serenity art and new jokes, and
some new content that I think everyone will like, and added two new arcade
style video games to the Sugar Crystal Carillon Arcade Plaza! One is Mario

to be a strawberry-doughnut pink, and the background was a pale baby periwinkle
blue. Now the background is a hard periwinkle and the text is white. Also
refreshed or new links on the updates page will appear in pale mint instead of
lime and visited will appear in royal purple instead of mid violet. What do you

I no longer have
a MySpace account. Over the weekend there were a few people who tried to break
into the damned thing, and some of the people I know of had their pages either
hacked into or wiped clean altogether. The MySpace retards were of no help to
me whatsoever, I was getting spam, and the messages that I did get from my
friends kept being deleted before I could even load them. Some of my settings
were even frozen without my consent, so the pages that I had are no more. I
apologize to anyone who tried to contact me through there. From now on, I
communicate via old fasioned e-mail. If you have a MySpace page of your own,
you might wanna consider cancelling it, before something BAD happens. And

Chibi Chibi. And here we are, one year later...and still kicking ass!! To
celebrate, I've spent the whole evening before adding a veritable SHITLOAD of
gifts and goodies for you, my AWESOMELY COOL FANS!! For all you belivers, you
who were kind enough to link my site to yours, you who sent me the nicest
emails, and you who stopped by the guestbook, or corrected one of mei speellink
mnistakse, or helped me see a new side to Sailormoon I never would have caught,
I just want to say thank you to all of you, my mom and younger brother for
putting up with me and my bullshit, Howie D. for being such a sweetheart when
we met at the 103.5 KISS F.M. softball game back in August, my dad for showing
